| ＊Guidelines of Reservation Inquiry |
1.Reservation and Confirmation
- You may make a reservation inquiry of rooms, facilities or dining to us by phone or internet.
- Once you are confirmed with us about the types and the quantity of your rooms, please transfer the deposit and then fax your receipt to us during reservation period. After that, please finish the confirmation procedure.
- When we receive your successful deposit notice, we’ll reply you the certificate of your successful deposit in paper, plus the manual for lodging in A Li Shan Youth Activity Center. Please read the manual carefully and fax it back to us after completing reading to finish the reservation procedure. And please bring the certificate with you and give it to us when you check-in.
- For the reservations from groups or organizations, we will fax the quotation and related reservation materials to you after receiving your reservation inquiries. Please sign the quotation and fax it to us after confirming all the details and the amount of the reservations.
2. Cancellations and Changes
- A 22-day advanced notice is required for cancellations.
- A 7-day notice is required if rooms need to be reduced. And a 7-day notice is required for changes on dining services as well.
- 100% of the deposit will be forfeited without informing us of the changes of your reservations in advance. And 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservations on the check-in date.
- Any breach of contract is subject to the terms and regulations of our Center.
3. Payment and Check-out
- All event payments are due by 9pm on the event date. Check is not accepted.
- Check-in time: 2pm; check-out time: 10am.
